In our opinion, this should also be the motto of a hotel. And we would like to prove it to you - with fresh ingredients, tasty dishes and premium quality. We always make sure that you can find exactly what you feel like – after all we believe in variety.
Whether you prefer an exotic cuisine or regional dishes, down-to-earth delicacies, light or hearty food – we cater for every taste.
Hence we are not just a wellness hotel – there’s also our wellness cuisine to look forward to.
You can rely on us – our restaurants and bars are as varied as the food and drink selection of our different menus. Our very special art of cooking also convinced the gourmet critics of the “Feinschmecker” magazine.

The Dependance is the only preserved building of the former spa hotel Esplanade. The fact that the Dependance was the refuge of choice for celebrities from all over the world during the Golden Twenties means more than just history to us.
We revive this tradition and interpret it in a refreshing new way with a cuisine of the highest quality.

Looking at the menu of the restaurant “Pechhütte” feels like a culinary journey through the Mark Brandenburg, which has much more to offer than pike-perch, marinated beef or braised Spreewald cucumbers. The name Pechhütte is a reminder of the charcoal burner’s hut that stood in the same place.
Opening times:
Monday – Sunday 11:00 am – 12:00 midnight
The kitchen is open: until 11:00 pm
For reservations at the restaurant & café "Pechhütte", please contact Mr Kowalke under the phone number: +49 (0) 33631.432-8695.
